At Nostalgia Events and Design, we specialize in comprehensive event planning and coordination services, stunning décor design, luxury picnic planning and design, captivating balloon garland design, and flexible a la carte options to bring your vision to life.

Package

Daydreamer

On your special day, we will be there every step of the way to ensure the flawless execution of your vision so that you can focus on making memories.
With this package, we will meet with you 30-90 days before your event to discuss details,, determine final tasks and contact your vendors to confirm all arrangements. Staff will also be on site from set up to break down to address any issues that may arise and ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
Price is quoted based on a maximum of 5 hours of on-site coordination and a maximum of 10 hours of pre-planning. Costs vary based on the size and complexity of your event. Additional services are available upon request for an
additional fee.

This package is ideal for clients who prefer to take the reins on planning and design and want to sit back and relax on their special day with the peace of mind of knowing their event is well executed. This can include corporate or celebratory events with a guest count of 50 or less, events at venues that provide catering and bartending services or larger events with contracted designers and planners.

Package

Reminisce

The reminiscence package is for clients who desire a flawless execution and some professional direction and assistance to make the event planning process less overwhelming. It combines day-of coordination services with partial planning and some design consulting.

With this package, we will meet with you a minimum of 60 days before your event to discuss and outline your vision, create a thorough timeline, and determine event needs.

Price is quoted based on 5 hours of day-of coordination and a maximum of 20 hours of pre-planning. Costs vary based on the size and complexity of your event. Additional services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This package is ideal for events that require more logistical support and vendor coordination. This includes but is not limited to buffet-styled corporate or celebratory events, outdoor events, and events with a guest count of 50 or more.

 

Package

Nostalgia

The Nostalgia Package is a full service planning option that covers all of the activities leading up to and after your special day to ensure events are executed on time and within budget. This includes scouting, contracting, and budget management. We carefully curate every detail of what makes a successful event.

Pricing is quoted based on a total event budget of $10,000 or less. Costs vary based on the total budget, and event complexity. Additional services are available upon request for an additional fee.

    packages, plus:
  • Unlimited check ins and consultations
  • Budget management
  • Venue scouting and reservation
  • Caterer scouting and contracting
  • Thorough review of all contracts and customized list of preferred vendors
  • Personalized appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Detailed theme and branding support
  • Design support
  • Signature touches

This package is ideal for events requiring more coordination from start to finish. This can include promotional events, corporate events, bridal showers, weddings bar or bat mitzvahs, fundraisers, holiday parties, galas, formal milestone birthdays, and events at “blank slate” venues.

Package

Vision

The vision package covers all of the details that make a memorable event. It includes a detailed design and all the support needed to execute the design concept. We will work with vendors and venue managers to ensure flawless, cost-effective execution.

Price is quoted based on a maximum of 2-4 hours of on-site set up and breakdown and an event budget of $5,000 or less. Cots vary based on the size and complexity of your event. Additional design services are available for an additional fee.

Picnincs

Luxury

Our packages take traditional picnics and add a chic touch to create a luxury experience. We offer a variety of packages, color schemes, styles, themes, and customized options to make any occasion special. Pricing is quoted for 2 guests and increases based on the number of guests and the complexity of the design. The package includes 90 minutes of picnic time, low Picnic table, Pillows and blankets, Table Decor (runner, candles, centerpieces, silk floral arrangement)Table ware includes(charger plate, dinner plate, utensils goblet and napkin) and Set up and breakdown

Our luxury picnic experience is the perfect way to spend time with your special someone, for family, and friend gatherings whether indoors or outdoors.

Garlands

Balloon

Balloon garlands are all the rave because they add a chic touch that can be customized to fit any event theme. We have both the access to premium supplies and the experience to make your balloon dream come to life. Balloon garlands are priced at $20 per foot with an 8 foot minimum. Prices vary based on type and size of the balloon, size of the garland, accents and the type of backdrop.

Backdrop rental or customization, luxury balloons, florals and other accents are available at an additional cost.

The Process

Consultation

During our initial consultation we will discuss your vision, event budget, and determine any additional event needs.

Proposal Review

After the initial consultation, our team will get to work crafting a custom proposal to match your vision and specifications for your review.  Upon acceptance, you will pay the requisite deposit and then the fun begins!

The Fun Begins

After proposal review and acceptance, we get to work bringing your vision to life. For a daydreamer package this would mean conducting venue research and connecting with vendors. Clients who choose any of our design packages will receive a custom design board.

The Big Day

On your big day you get to sit back and relax knowing you are in good hands. We take on all the hard work of scheduling coordinating vendors, and design execution. You will receive a custom run of show with all packages.

Reflection

Regardless of if you have chosen to hire Nostalgia Events and Design as your decor designer, planner or for a specific service, you are now part of the family and can take advantage of exclusive offers as we grow and partner with other organizations in the future.  We will reach back out with a satisfaction survey, ways you can let others know how we did and a special gift.
